Any good Halloween costume ideas for children ages 7-9?
Nothing too strange, something creative.
One of the best things to do is to buy items for your Halloween costume that will function as normal clothes throughout the year. For example, if a pirated version of it to the store Second-hand clothes and get a vest and white shirt, some boots, and a large sample of colorful fabric as a belt, then a toy sword or a gun to put in the leaf … and he can take the boots and shirt to school. One year my son went as Captain Kirk. Now we have black pants, yellow shirt V neck, a black T-shirt underneath and boots black. We just hit a patch of Star Trek to the yellow shirt, and got him a toy phaser … and the only thing he could not carry were later the patch and the phaser. Indiana Jones would work here too. Indy takes a lot of civilian clothes that could be used in school.
